The Opportunity: We are looking for a Loan Closer to facilitate Visio's loan closing process and ensure everything is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You will contribute to the Closing department by:
  • Serving as a liaison for all loan closings and providing top-notch customer service with extreme attention to detail
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed, signed, and filed correctly in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Contacting borrowers, brokers, title companies, attorneys, and sales agents via phone and email as needed to conduct business (scheduling, HUD approvals, closing assistance)
  • Preparing mortgage notes and other closing documents
  • Reviewing of title commitments, purchase contracts, tax certifications, and HUDs/ALTA Statements
  • Reviewing and approving signed loan documents
  • Issuing funding numbers to title
