Who We Are 

The Outreach Team is a field firm specializing in face-to-face canvassing operations. We work on behalf of amazing progressive partners to win important campaigns and make lasting social change. Our goal is to consistently raise the overall level of campaign work across platforms by thinking holistically about our staff, campaigns, and clients. In the last two campaign cycles, we've knocked on 4 million doors across more than a dozen states, registered over 100,000 voters, provided quality control services for 1.5 million voter registrations, and qualified a half dozen ballot initiatives.

The Role 

We are currently seeking Remote Logistics Coordinators to join The Outreach Team’s Travel and Logistics team, which facilitates staff travel for short-term and long-term campaign placements. 

You will need to be proactive and highly responsive to staff requests and an active problem-solver. You will play an integral role in ensuring our canvassing operations staff needs are met and running smoothly, maximizing our on-ground impact. Successful candidates will have an aptitude or experience in managing or coordinating with diverse teams, administrative work, managing or booking travel, event planning, or with outreach/ customer service roles.

Location: This fully remote position can be performed in much of the continental US.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work with our project directors and recruitment team to identify and recruit current staff, TOT alumni, or other individuals to plug into a short term campaign needs
  • Plan travel accommodations: booking flights, accommodations, and coordinating activities.
  • Orient travelers to their travel and lodging plans to ensure they’re ready to hit the ground running upon arrival to our campaign offices
  • Respond to traveler questions and requests through monitoring the Outreach Team’s Travel Hotline
