Remote Licensed Therapist

In this role, you will: 

• Work a 40-hour full-time schedule, including:
• Average of 28 scheduled sessions per week
• Hours between 8am and 9pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday with weekends off
• Practice evidence-based psychotherapy for individual adults (18+) with varying levels of acuity that can be safely and effectively served with once-a-week teletherapy
• Conduct consult appointments with incoming clients to support high-quality assessments and therapist matching utilizing Two Chairs matching methodology. This responsibility is temporary and consult sessions will count toward your overall caseload. 
• Participate in weekly case consultations, wellness hours, monthly professional development, and bi-weekly cross-functional collaboration
• Thoughtfully integrate technology into practice to provide data-driven care
• Communicate with mental health providers and offer referrals as needed
• Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, including utilizing HIPAA compliant platforms as well as adhering to all internal policies and procedures, and professional codes of ethics
• Complete documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations and in a timely manner
• Support company growth through cross-state licensure  

Requirements: 

• You must reside in Florida 
• You must be licensed in Florida
• If you're not licensed in one of our active states, follow us on LinkedIn to stay updated. We may come to your state in the future!
• You will need one of the following license types to qualify for the role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Florida
• You must be willing to conduct client consult appointments. This responsibility is temporary and consult sessions will count toward your overall caseload. 
• You must be willing and eligible to be cross-licensed in other states based on business need 
• Clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+) 
• Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
• Are comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes

Compensation:

• W2 guaranteed salary for this full-time, exempt role targeted between $61,000 and $120,000 annually. Additional earning potential through  annual increases, and referral programs.
• Annual base salary is determined by place of residence, years of licensure, and level (Clinician, Clinician II, and Senior) as assessed during interviews.
• Zone 1 / San Francisco Bay Area and New York City | $81,000 - $120,000
• Zone 2 / California (Non-SF), Austin, Boston, Chicago, DC, Portland, Seattle | $74,000 - $110,000
• Zone 3 / Washington State (Non-Seattle), Denver, Miami, Philadelphia | $64,000 - $99,000
• Zone 4 / Florida (Non-Miami), all other Remote locations | $61,000 - $94,000
