About the Opportunity

(Also called "Remote Field Engineer".) Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance. Takes part in potential or desired follow-up services (sales) or problem escalation. Acts as a company consultant in cross-disciplines. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Compensation

The pay range for this opportunity is from $71,900 to $97,050 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
