From March onwards we are looking for a Customer Support Agent for our UK team. Someone who wants to use their communication skills in an international environment, and who can solve problems calmly and quickly. What does the role look like?

As a Customer Support Agent you are the first point of contact for our (potential) travellers and advertisers. But you'll do more than just answer questions. You'll be continuously involved in improving the customer journey of our users and help Goboony maintain its high standard of service. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Answering questions via email and phone.

  • Help users resolve a claim or dispute.

  • Help new hosts get started renting out their RV’s.

  • Ensure that payments run smoothly.

  • Use our own insight and feedback from users to come up with improvements.

  • Continuously improve our support process.

Requirements

Now let’s talk about you

  • You have ideally some experience in a customer service role

  • You are available for 40 hours per week, and don’t mind taking a shift on the weekend

  • Your mother tongue is English

  • You’re customer oriented and solution-focused.

  • You’re an excellent mediator and have a natural ability to mitigate a situation.

  • You happily help our customers with your caring and enthusiastic attitude.

  • You’re stress-resistant and can perform well under pressure.

  • You want to be part of a super fun and motivated team that continuously challenges each other to achieve our goals and optimise our service. You take initiative by suggesting ideas to improve our processes by listening to our customers.

  • You are looking for a short term job (March until October)

Important: you're based in and eligible to work in the United Kingdom. This is the country in which we can employ people. We are not able to sponsor visas at the moment.
