Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Engage with policyholders and third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Policy Management: Process policy requests, update information, and ensure accuracy in all procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs with professionalism, empathy, and care.
  • Ongoing Support: Proactively manage communications to keep policies up-to-date and relevant to clients’ needs.

Qualifications

  • Independence & Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable Attendance: Consistent attendance is essential to meet client needs.
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, designated workspace is required for remote work.
