Description

 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote CRM Coordinator to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will ensure that all CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to streamline processes and maintain customer interactions through the CRM platform. 

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM System Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring it is properly configured, user-friendly, and optimized for company needs.
  • Data Entry and Management: Ensure the CRM database is up-to-date with accurate customer information and interactions, including leads, sales, and support data.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports from the CRM to track customer engagement, sales performance, and other key metrics.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with various departments to streamline and automate CRM processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Segmentation: Help with segmenting customer data to better target specific customer groups for marketing campaigns or sales efforts.
  • Lead Management: Track and monitor leads throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Data Integrity: Regularly audit the CRM system to maintain data quality, correct any errors, and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and campaigns.
  • System Integration: Assist in integrating CRM with other tools or platforms used by the company, such as email marketing software, customer support tools, or analytics platforms.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in CRM management or coordination, ideally in a remote setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and understanding of data management best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
