Are you an experienced corporate recruiter passionate about hiring top talent? We seek a remote Remote Contract Corporate Recruiter to play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing high-potential candidates for exempt-level positions. In this remote role, you’ll specialize in recruiting for professional-level positions, including accounting and finance, procurement, engineering, and information technology. You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and retain exceptional talent while driving organizational growth and success.

Compensation: Earn $50.00 per hour as a contract corporate recruiter.
Work-Life Balance: Work full-time and flex your hours between 30 to 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:
Create an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience by developing effective relationships with hiring managers, team members, vendors, and candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, required qualifications, and skills to create a robust recruitment plan.
Perform full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates, conducting pre-employment screenings, and extending and negotiating offers.
Build deep talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques to find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
Leverage tools such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.
You'll need to have:
Ability to work as a 1099 contractor.
Use your own equipment, including a mobile phone, computer, or laptop, and reliable internet.
At least 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience and at least 2 years of success in passive candidate sourcing and building strong talent pipelines.
Current knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations, particularly recruitment compliance standards
Expertise using a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System, such as Workday.
Proficiency and access to your own recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or Signal Hire.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Recruiting experience for professional roles in accounting and finance, procurement, engineering, and information technology.
Proficient organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
A high level of professionalism.
