Remote Close Out Specialist

*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE DOING CLOSE OUTS IN THE TELECOM INDUSTRY*Job Title: Closeout SpecialistAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills? Do you excel in both team settings and independent work? Join our Construction Team as a Closeout Specialist, where you'll provide essential technical support and ensure successful project completions.  Pay Range:  $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this positionBenefits:

 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop visual presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
• Compile final closeout documents, including testing results and photos.
• Identify and rectify construction and safety mistakes in photos.
• Maintain and update the project closeout schedule tracker.
• Participate in review meetings and client calls to provide status updates.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, including video walks, crew logs, and emails.
• Guide and participate in video construction site walks as needed.
• Develop and update the library of standard operating procedures.
• Respond to requests for information and identify gaps in the closeout process.

Required Skills:

• Must have minimum 2 years experience doing construction closeouts
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
• Handling documents and office equipment.
• Clear speaking and adequate hearing for effective communication.
• Vision sufficient for reading materials and computer screen data.
• Ability to lift/carry/move objects up to 25 pounds.
