Responsibilities:

  • Making daily warm sales calls using our large membership database.
  • Identifying financial needs and translating the benefits of supplemental insurance products to members.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client retention.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with members during the application process, offering updates, and support, and addressing any concerns.
  • Offering post-policy support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Adhering to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
