Job Title: Remote Chief Operating Officer (EOS Integrator) - 100% Work From Home
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000 - 4,500 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours Mountain Time
Job Overview:
The Integrator will serve as the glue holding the company’s divisions together, translating the Visionary’s strategic ideas into actionable plans while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role focuses on staff management, operational efficiency, profitability, and direct leadership of sales efforts. The Integrator will drive accountability across the team, streamline processes, and ensure the company’s growth targets are met.Responsibilities:
- Implement the Vision - Collaborate with the Visionary CEO to align company goals & execute strategies effectively.
- LMA (lead, manage and hold accountable) - The number one requirement for this role is to be highly proficient in managerial leadership through holding the staff accountable to reach their measurable targets.
- Reduce Friction - Develop, implement, & refine ops systems and processes to support company growth and smooth operations.
- Maximize Resources - Analyze financial statements, identify areas to improve profitability, & take necessary actions.
- Grow Revenues - Directly oversee sales efforts, with a focus on growing revenues until a full-time sales staff is established.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
Required:
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced business environment, at least 5 years in a director role or above.
- Hands-on sales experience with a track record of strong bottom line results.
- Exceptional ability to problem solve and make quick decisions on limited information.
- A willingness to jump in and help the team as needed to help everyone reach goals.
- Exceptional ability to manage, inspire, and hold team members accountable.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and acting on insights to enhance profitability.
- Demonstrated success in sales, including a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of energy, adaptability, and willingness to work hard and roll up your sleeves.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate investment or property management and personal brands.
- Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles.
- US visa for travel
