🔹 Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with Members Daily – Conduct virtual calls to assess their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Educate & Guide Clients – Explain the benefits and value of supplemental insurance options.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Enhance member retention by building strong, long-term relationships.
• Assist with Enrollment – Help clients navigate the application process, provide updates, and offer ongoing support.
• Provide Post-Enrollment Support – Conduct policy reviews, assist with beneficiary updates, and help with claims.
• Ensure Compliance – Adhere to ethical and legal standards within the insurance industry.
