Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, explain coverage options, and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent post-enrollment support, assisting with policy changes, inquiries, and claims.
