Remote - AEM Project Manager Contractor

We’re Stack Builders, a US software consultancy based in New York, Quito, and Madrid. We work together to deliver high-quality, pragmatic software solutions for our international client base, and we’re looking to grow our dedicated, diverse team. We’re currently seeking a talented AEM Project Manager to join us!
For this remote contractor role, you will work on one of our client projects, partnering with their team to generate awareness for their brand, world-class website, visitors, and users. You’ll play a significant role in facilitating an in-depth understanding of all web processes - from production to SEO, to asset and page creation - and you’ll leverage your skills to actively build and alter website pages and properties in the CMS.
You’ll work closely with product managers, digital marketers, web designers, and engineers to execute priority projects. For this specific job post, we can only accept candidates who reside and are eligible to work in the US, Canada, and Colombia as contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in web publishing.
- 3+ years of project management and coordination skills for web content initiatives experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content strategy.
- Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web performance.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication and digital marketing objectives.
- Hands-on knowledge of online content management for various devices.
- Ability to understand dynamic enterprise workflows and processes quickly.
- Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US PDT time zone working hours.
- Fluent and efficient communication skills in English are necessary for direct communication with clients and across different departments.
- Location: open to candidates in Canada, Colombia, and the US with flexibility on specific locations.
- For US applicants, the ability to work as an independent contractor under an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp.
Nice to have:
- Experience with B2B tech company websites.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Agile workflows and Jira.
The projected salary range for this position is from $47 to $57/hr, determined by the candidate’s interview outcome, skills, experience, education, and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with designers, copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Managing web content production and publishing schedules in AEM.
- Coordinating content updates and migration rollouts.
- Ensuring brand consistency, user experience (UX), and engagement metrics are met.
- Collaborating with marketing, UX, and SEO teams to optimize content.
- Managing content publishing workflows and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Handling third-party integrations, SEO optimization, and tracking implementation.
- Working with developers to enhance AEM’s front-end experience.
