Remote Admissions Advisor  

Location: 100% Remote 
Status: Non-exempt 
Salary Range:  
Work Hours: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays and secondary holidays) 
Reports To: Remote Admissions Team Manager 

This position is eligible for Overtime.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Enrollment Success: Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process. 
  • Remote Engagement: Effectively manage communications with prospective students via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. 
  • Support Local Campuses: Work closely with local campus teams to ensure prospective students are fully informed and encouraged to visit the campus. 
  • Self-Management: Utilize your ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and stay motivated in a remote setting. 
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students, ensuring ongoing communication and support. 
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate referrals through both internal and external networks, contributing to the overall success of the admissions team. 
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data. 
  • Compliance: Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations, ensuring integrity in every interaction. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to manage admissions activities, ensuring data accuracy. 
  • Professional Development: Participate actively in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and support your career growth. 
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Serve as a mentor for your team, providing guidance, support, and professional development to help them succeed in their roles.

Your Qualifications: 

  • Education: An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. 
  • Experience: 3+ years of success in admissions or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership experience. 
  • Remote Experience: Prior experience working in a remote role is a strong plus. 
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

Technical Requirements: 

  • Remote Work Setup: Ability to maintain a professional home office environment with reliable internet connectivity. 
  • Stationary Work: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with computer technology and virtual communication tools. 

Salary Range:  $49,000- $55,000 per year
