Regulatory Analyst, Population Health & Interoperability

We are seeking a detail oriented and knowledgeable Healthcare Regulatory Analyst to monitor and be a subject matter expert on Healthcare Technology regulations in select markets across the globe. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze healthcare technology regulations, including FDA regulations, HIPAA, the Cures Act, and other relevant laws and standards
• Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on our products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain regulatory strategies for healthcare technology products
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses related to regulatory compliance
• Stay informed about emerging trends and changes in healthcare technology regulations
• Assist in evaluating and implementing healthcare IT solutions that align with organizational goals
• Conduct Market Research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on population health management and/or interoperability regulations and reporting
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations and standards, including the Cures Act
• Experience with population health management strategies and value-based care models
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and interoperability standards
• Knowledge of international healthcare technology regulations
