Registration Manager (Remote)

Full-time, United States 

 

The Registration Manager assists with all aspects of attendee management, rooming list management communication, and attendee reporting. This position aids the client in planning successful meetings and events by managing the registration process while maintaining a high level of customer service to the client and meeting attendees.

 

As a Registration Manager, you will

  • Maintain and build registration websites for each assigned event via CVENT
  • Ensure distribution of host and attendee surveys, while also compiling results
  • Look after all aspects of the website design, keeping a close eye on details and client-led changes to the site
  • Understand Client Brand and how to ensure sites are in compliance
  • Troubleshoot registration issues and answer questions that program managers or clients may have while helping with the day-to-day registration of the program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with meeting contacts to ensure repeat and new business
  • Monitor attendee registration process and update client as needed
  • Assist with all aspects of the room block, including but not limited to exercising attrition, securing additional rooms, and rooming list accuracy
  • Help identify travel parameters and liaison with the Meeting Air Coordinator for arranged air travel, and serve as an escalation point between the air team and client for approvals on any flights outside meeting parameters
  • Answer incoming calls from meeting attendees on the 866 general meetings phone line, taking necessary actions to address requests or route them to the appropriate individual or department

 

About you

  • Prior experience in registration management, event registration, or meeting planning
  • Proven experience with web development in any registration technology (CVENT knowledge required)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies
  • You can juggle multiple projects and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Capability to conduct oneself in a professional and approachable manner at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to participate in daily interactions on camera from your home-based office without disruption
  • Pharma/Medical Device experience preferred
  • CMP and/or HMCC preferred

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Registration Manager is between $57,000 and $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
