About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Registration and Housing Manager, where you’ll elevate the attendee experience from registration to post-event feedback! You will lead the charge in creating seamless event journeys and ensuring our clients and attendees enjoy top-notch service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization, this could be your perfect role!

 

You're Good At

  • Managing all aspects of attendee registration and housing logistics
  • Building engaging registration websites and generating insightful reports
  • Providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues swiftly
  • Traveling frequently to ensure on-site event success
  • Collaborating effectively with internal and external teams

 

You Might Also Have

  • Five or more years of experience in meetings management and event planning
  • Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A college degree, preferably in Hospitality or Event Planning
  • Certifications such as CMP or Cvent

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Registration & Housing Manager  is between $51,700 - $62,500. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
