Job Description:
The Role:
The Regional Training Specialist will train and educate customers, prospects and consumers on the Hydrafacial device, consumables, and products throughout the assigned region. This position will work together with our Training & Education and Marketing teams to showcase the Company and device at consumer tradeshows, experience center functions and corporate events with the unified goal to enhance Hydrafacial awareness and utilization across lines of business throughout region. who will focus on the sale of capital equipment by selling into aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct new device installations, clinical in-office hands on training for new providers, and refresher trainings within assigned region.
Support and help deliver in person training programs, in partnership with the Training & Education team, field sales, corporate and retail account, including the HFX franchise.
Perform treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.
Maintain efficient routing strategies to ensure timely and consistent coverage throughout the territory.
Documentation of all activities within territory to support close monitoring and updated customer information within our CRM system.
Collaborate with local team (RSD, CSM, BDM, IBDM) to ensure clear communication, defined roles and responsibilities and meet expectations of customers in the territory.
Attend and support industry trade shows, as needed.
Utilize marketing tools and resources to increase engagement around the Hydrafacial device and products and strategic selling initiatives.
Document activity and trends in the field and communicate comprehensive data information and analysis to National Training Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
College degree or Licensed Esthetician
Minimum 3+ years of related esthetics and/or clinical training experience
Prior experience in a field-based role with extensive travel
75% or more travel via vehicle and plane is required.
