Your key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and comprehensive customer plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the yogurt ingredients portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, communication, and support. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers. Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers on the application and benefits of cultures, enzymes, hydrocolloids, and nutritional ingredients.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to develop customized solutions for customers.

This position is a US Home-based role. The position is ideally located in the eastern or central time zones of the United States.  Individual pay offered will be based on the applicantâs job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.   Salary $137,500-$154,000.
