You will facilitate and accelerate the growth of Allianz Life Insurance products. You will grow sales and increase the (AZL sales) productivity of assigned producers. You will focus on working directly with producers to increase their AZL sales – applying the work and relationships of AZL Internal Life Sales and other Allianz departments, and the Marketers within their assigned firms. Expected to accomplish the goals and objectives, established by the Life Channel Head, relative to the above responsibilities for their assigned Life producers. You will build solid business relationships and achieve sales and market share goals. You will report to the Advisor Wholesaling Director.
What you do:
- Sales and Relationship Management: Develop relationships with Life Insurance producers. Capable to discuss how our products compete with other Life Insurance products and how it complements our other Allianz products. Communicate with Financial Professionals through phone, letters, e-mails and face-to-face meetings. Use each contact with agents to identify what company they are selling for and position Allianz products against the competition. Use existing marketing material to promote Allianz products against the competition. Promote Allianz Life's value added programs.
- Business Development: In partnership with Internal Life Sales Team, develop and implement targeted Marketing strategies for assigned client groups. Support execution of critical projects focused on improving efficiency and productivity while creating sales opportunities and improve overall profitability.
Territory: TN, NC, MS, AL, GA, and SC
What you bring:
- 4 or more years experience required: 4+ years of financial service industry experience with 3-5 years of experience in Life Insurance.
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience
- State Life and Health License required
Range $72,000 - $80,000
In addition to base salary, a portion of your total compensation is based on commissions. Actual commission earned is driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance.
