The Regional Sales Manager (East) is responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of direct sales talent in one of our key business geographies. This leader will build and develop a diverse team that uniquely differentiates Pall Corporation from all competitors, providing a best in market experience for our customers. The Sales Manager provides strategic direction and coaching to their direct sales team, outlining growth strategies and executing supporting tactics that enable Pall to sustainably grow, outpacing the market.
The Regional Sales Manager leads all funnel management, funnel development and selling activities of assigned Region sales team with a focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical channel markets. The primary function is to implement sales plans and to regularly evaluate key performance indicators to deliver on growth expectations and proactively implementing countermeasures as needed.
This position is part of the Pall Corporation Energy+ Commercial Team and will be a remote position in the East Coast. At Pall, we envision a future where our innovation connects, empowers, and emboldens humanity to be its best.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.
Promote all Pall Energy+ products and capabilities, including consumables, equipment, and services
Lead and maintain productive long-term relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within direct sales organizations to create and foster Pall value.
Develop deep insights into customer preferences, needs, and anticipated trends to formulate and implement advanced commercial strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends to position products for maximum competitive advantage.
Lead cross-functional teams within Energy+ to develop and implement effective team strategies that address direct sales account needs promptly and secure sales opportunities.
Develop a high performing, efficient, metrics driven organization
The essential requirements of the job include:
10+ years’ experience in selling to direct or indirect channels
3+ years’ experience in people management
Bachelor‘s Degree in engineering, chemistry or similar technical degree preferred. Additional business degree(s) a plus
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Filtration and separation product sales

The salary range for this role is $125,000 – $150,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
