What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of sites, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, and value for money. Acting as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, you will manage projects, contracts, and site operations while aligning services with EDF’s standards and best practices.
As the Regional Property Manager, you will monitor performance, lead contract renewals, and ensure services meet evolving business needs. You’ll oversee compliance with FM, HS&E legislation, and EDF policies, maintaining a focus on safety and sustainability. Working closely with site teams, external providers, and regulatory bodies, you will ensure optimal service delivery and cost control.
With operational responsibility for your sites, you will manage Facilities Management staff, oversee KPI reporting, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Who you are
We’re looking for a Regional Property Manager with strong leadership and people management skills to oversee service delivery across multiple sites.
This role requires expertise in Facilities Management, Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have high financial acumen, experience managing large contracts and outsourced services, and the ability to implement change. Strong problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and a proactive approach to managing client and supplier relationships are essential.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven leadership in a profit and loss environment, with strong communication and numerical skills.
- Experience in FM operations, covering cleaning, catering, security, and M&E services.
- Track record of managing high-value contracts and outsourced services.
