Every day, we do our best, to give our best, to those deserving of the same.Safe Step is currently seeking a Regional Installation Manager with a strong skillset in customer service, people management, contractor relations, and interacting with sales team, accounting team and office team members. The winning candidate will have outstanding office skills, a firm understanding of residential remodeling, and a highly developed ability to work well with various personality types. If you are hard-working, dedicated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Safe Step Tubs Inc. is an ideal place for you.This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Nashville, TN in accordance with company policy.Responsibilities- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
- Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
- Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process
- Develop efficient measures to achieve outstanding business practices
- Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trends
- Implement and maintain company directives and policies
- Managing and Developing installer networks to ensure coverage, quality, and cost-effective installation within the region
- Responsible for driving team performance to ensure the region meets its monthly unit quota
- 5 years prior experience in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferred
- Strong understanding of residential building standards
- Proven understanding of technical software
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High regard for quality assurance and customer service
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$7,425.00 - $16,133.70-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
