Job Details
Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$170,000.00
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

The Regional Director, Human Resources will serve as a strategic business partner working directly within the SVP of their region and collaborating with business leaders, executives, and the Vice President of Human Resources to guide the development of HR strategies to attract, develop and retain talent. The role leads all organizations and HR initiatives across their region in partnership with HR functional partners the Towne Park (TP) businesses.
• Create and implement an HR regional roadmap that includes, but is not limited to talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, talent planning and career development, leadership development, employee communications, compensation and rewards, diversity and inclusion, and learning.
• Provide expert advice and counsel to leaders on all organization, leadership, and human resources issues.
• Create compelling talent strategies to attract and retain highly qualified diverse talent.
• Leads the training/development strategies to close skill “gaps” between current and future skills and competencies.
• Analyze and interpret metrics to measure the success of HR strategies.
• Use workforce data and insights to tell compelling stories and influence leaders and partners to action.
• Partner with leaders to drive high performance teams and an engaged workforce.
• Provide relevant and contemporary human resources services that can range from strategy to implementation to support at the transactional level.

Serve as a business coach to the Human Resource Manager team-20%

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources (or Business-Related Field)
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of HR Management Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in human resources, people development and retention.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Solid understanding of multiple human resource subject areas, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and labor relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Demonstrable track record as a strong partner to the business
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law, compliance and policy development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to optimally communicate, both written and verbal at all levels of organization
- Proven sensitivity to confidential materials/issues
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and responding to changing business conditions/needs.
- Ability to work independently to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in dealing with matters of significance for the company.
- Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures.
- Ability to proactively define and execute partnering opportunities with HR and functional (e.g., Finance, BPA, Accounting, Sales) leaders.
