Job Overview 

Davies Risk Services is looking for an experienced Regional Director who will report to the Assistant Vice President (AVP). In this role, the Regional Director will directly supervise Premium Auditors, CSC’s, and PAC’s within an assigned Region as well as carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. 

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints, ATRs, and resolving problems.
  • Coordinates assignment and production of audits performed by premium auditors.
  • Confers with clients, CSCs, PACs, and Premium Auditors to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
  • Monitors quality and time service of inventory.
  • Ensures serious delinquent work is monitored to minimize late work for clients.
  • Work with Premium Auditors and PACs to help them with inventory issues.
  • Reviews key accounts and new accounts as directed by AVP.
  • Involved in departments financial budget, forecast and goals.
  • Responsible for notifying AVP for hiring needs.
  • Involved in all client related issues.
  • Creation of spreadsheets, reports, memos and other forms of communication
  • Weekly relationship calls to Premium Auditors/Clients.
  • Responsible for overall account for assigned account coordination teams. 
  • Answer technical questions with clients and premium auditors.
  • Complete weekly report to submit to AVP.
  • Create and monitor Premium Auditor territories. 
  • Keep up to date mapping.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Experience and Qualifications

Required

  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Ability to balance standing deadlines with daily tasks as they arise.  
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Three years or greater experience and/or training required.
  • Proven ability to complete inspections and audits.
  • Demonstrate skills in database management and record-keeping. 
  • Accuracy of computer data entry is a must.
     

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a home-based, full time, salaried, exempt position that predominantly operates remotely from a professional home-based office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer.  While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk.  This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
