The Regional Director of Sales and Operations will be responsible for managing the EBlock Canadian Alberta business with accountability over the people, process, financial health, and profitability within this region - as well as aligning sales and operations efforts across all Prairie provinces and other EBlock regions. You will work daily with your sales and operations team, and partner with Finance, People & Culture and other senior executives to grow the business and revenue results in your market. Key responsibilities include the design and continual optimization of all sales and operations territories, the administration of marketing initiatives, the administration of commission and bonus plans and supplemental sales and operational performance reporting. Since E Inc is rapidly growing and evolving, responsibilities here will vary in sophistication from the foundational to strategic, so we’re looking for someone with the ability to execute and provide strategic direction to make a lasting impact on the Sales Operations team, and ultimately E INC.
What You Will Do:
- Lead direct and indirect reports in a variety of functional areas: commissions administration, sales performance analysis, sales process improvement, territory design and administration, and CRM implementation
- Work in alignment with the Corporate Operations team to ensure best practices and standard operating procedures are followed to ensure a uniform and high-quality customer experience in our four operational pillars. This includes regular review of operational KPIs that measure internal and customer-facing SLAs.
- Responsible for achievement of financial metrics as outlined in the region’s P&L statement.
- Accountable for consistent performance management of Sales and Operations team, including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, accountability, and offboarding.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to summarize key opportunities by geography and team.
- Map sales territories for growing sales teams to align with an understanding of opportunities and service levels.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop and support operational initiatives.
- Analyze sales activity and performance to balance efficiency with growth.
- Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, IT, and other partners.
- Administer compensation plans in collaborative fashion to foster positive and substantive engagement with sales teams.
- Design sales contests aligned with reporting capabilities and ad hoc opportunities
- Ensure account assignment accuracy with the company’s CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain reporting to support sales goals and drive revenue performance.
- Work closely with People & Culture on issues relating to the attraction, development, retention, and motivation of team members.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science/Engineering, Math/Statistics or other related degree
- 10+ years of experience in working with Sales in an operational or project management role required
- 10+ years working directly with a CRM system in a sales-related environment required
- Proven analytical skills; translating data into insights and action
- Proven ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external business partners and executive level management, influencing without authority
- 10+ years in a business setting utilizing data and strategic analysis
- Experience providing products and services to the Automotive Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed excel skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to advise and influence stakeholders from various management levels
- Strong abstract analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment in a dynamic, fast-paced industry
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships, and ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions:

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $114,583.00 - $137,500.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
