Your role in our mission
Gainwell empowers you show you’re a pro and help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions.
- Execute configuration back-end data loads daily (average daily request volume of 9+ files per day).
- Engage with configuration teams and other teams cross-departmentally on QNXT data-related topics/issues.
- Support and validate configuration syncs that promote data from the baseline environment to upper environments (source to target).
- Conduct root cause analysis of errors produced within the QNXT user interface application.
- Perform smoke-testing after product releases.
- Adheres to and supports configuration team approach and other configuration principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Identify and explore opportunities to improve technical and business processes and products.
What we're looking for
Top Required Skills:
- Three or more years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients
- Understanding of data schema and relational databases.
- Support the configuration team by performing root cause analysis of data schema related issues.
- Utilize Microsoft SQL Server to write and execute complex queries and scripts to:
- Support configuration back-end data loads
- Develop configuration audit reports
- Implement validation checkpoints to improve the back-end data load process
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with interfaces to coordinate and manage reference data files (national standard code sets) and investigate data variances.
- Proficient (1-3 years’ experience) working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Working with Medicaid/MMIS systems, including DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) and operations & maintenance phase.
- Experience with Requirement Traceability Matrices.
- Preferred experience working with HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
