Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:The Recruitment Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating RP’s mission, values and brand reputation by leading strategic recruitment marketing efforts. This dynamic role will partner with RP’s National Recruitment and Brand Experience teams to build awareness of RP as an employer of choice and develop and implement programs to grow RP’s talent pipeline. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role comprising three core functions: strategic recruitment or talent acquisition marketing plan development, tactical execution (doing and overseeing) and relationship management with leaders and teammates. The ideal candidate has an aptitude to get things done and can work well in a team environment and independently and has experience conceptualizing and leading all aspects of marketing campaigns. - General Responsibilities:
- Partner with National Recruitment and business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with Brand Experience to create and deploy employer brand content across paid and owned media.
- Manage and track paid advertising to engage passive candidates.
- Enhance RP’s brand presence on external job sites and career pages.
- Optimize job descriptions for consistency and effectiveness.
- Support virtual and in-person recruiting events with targeted promotions and collateral.
- Establish and analyze key metrics to refine strategies.
- Stay ahead of recruitment marketing trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment in all talent acquisition efforts.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Ability to influence executives and peers using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present concepts and results across all levels.

- Recruitment Marketing Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content development.
- Experience leading national recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for employer branding.
- Customer-focused mindset to support internal partners effectively.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors to drive measurable results.
- Data-driven approach, leveraging analytics for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, preferably in a national or global healthcare organization.
