Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to broaden your experiences? We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the HR team on a six-month secondment (or fixed term contract) to play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new joiners.
What’s the role?
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll provide crucial administrative support. You’ll help ensure compliance with legal and organisational policy standards and contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Some of the day to day tasks you can expect to be doing include:
- Preparing and processing offers of employment, contracts, and offer packs.
- Managing compliance checks, including DBS, right-to-work documentation, and references.
- Handling recruitment administration and creating and maintaining accurate records across HR systems.
- Supporting temporary worker requests and liaising with third-party suppliers.
- Providing guidance and support to managers, colleagues, and candidates on recruitment processes.
- Delivering excellent customer service and acting as an ambassador for the HR team.
This is a full-time hybrid role with a typical week being three days from home and two in the office. This role has a high level of day-to-day process in it and it's imperative that you are comfortable and adept at following both manual and automated processes and have a high level of attention to detail. You’ll need to be happy to work independently as well as part of a team. It will be a diverse role with changing priorities so if ‘task switching’ when priorities shift isn’t something you enjoy then you might not enjoy this role.
