There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and Outreach ๐
Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent ๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ for current and future openings.
Screening and Evaluation ๐ตโโ๏ธ
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidatesโ qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Rundoo.
Collaborate with hiring managers ๐จโ๐ผ to understand role requirements and adjust evaluation criteria as needed.
Interview Coordination ๐
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
Ensure timely communication ๐ and follow-ups with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Applicant Tracking and Communication ๐ง
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
Filter and review inbound applications ๐, forwarding only qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Draft and send rejection emails ๐ซ to unqualified candidates in a timely and respectful manner.
Employer Branding ๐
Support initiatives to enhance Rundooโs employer brand by promoting our culture and values through recruitment channels.
Process Improvement โ๏ธ
Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and implement best practices to streamline workflows.
Provide regular reports and analytics ๐ on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (Major in Human Resources or Management), Communication, or Industrial Relations.
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for roles across both the Philippines and the United States.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ๐ฌ, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Exceptional organizational skills ๐ and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in the Philippines and the United States is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) ๐ and project management tools like Notion and Salesforce.
Your schedule aligns with the required hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippine Time.
Your availability to co-work in person once a month in Muntinlupa.
You have access to your own laptop and a high-speed internet connection.
Earn $175 per week as an Independent Contractor.
Enjoy monthly team dinners in the Alabang or BGC area.

Culture Fit Discussion (30 minutes): ๐ A remote collaborative conversation with Sydney, focused on your background, career aspirations, and alignment with our company values.
Final Call (30 minutes): ๐ค A remote interview with Amanda, who will be managing you.
