Here’s what you'll do

  • Supports the Talent Acquisition Partners during internal and external recruiting processes, including: screening resumes, scheduling mulitround interviews and conducting phone screens, maintaining recruiting documentation, moving candidates through workflows, advertising jobs, conducting basic candidate outreach, and validating minimum qualifications to determine hiring eligibility.
  • Makes recommendations to improve processes and implement new programs and/or procedures. 
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills when navigating issues that may arise during the recruitment process, including liaising with internal and external partners. 
  • Maintains effective communication and good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization. 
  • Provides support for onboarding, including: pre-employment criteria, background checks, new hire documentation, accounts for network access, new hire orientation, and compliance per policy and regulatory agencies. 
  • Source top-tier talent, creating and nurturing relationships with candidates as they move through the process from initial contact to offer acceptance. 
  • Own data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring job descriptions are crafted to draw in the best talent, and utilizing ATS capabilities to the fullest. 
  • Use data as a tool and measure of success.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience, preferably some on an in-house recruiting team in a high growth organization
