Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and support our growing organization. Beyond sourcing and screening, you’ll play a critical role in refining our interview practices and recruitment processes. What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish tailored hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to support seamless reporting and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting technical and non-technical hiring in a high-growth or startup environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
Experienced in utilizing recruiting tools and systems, including LinkedIn and ATS platforms such as Ashby or similar.
