Summary

The Recruiter, People is a new position to support and sustain VillageReach’s global growth and impact. This person will be an integral part of our small but mighty global People Team and will be primarily responsible for managing VillageReach’s recruitment processes. This individual will have experience successfully attracting, selecting, and matching high-quality talent to opportunities within VillageReach. The Recruiter will collaborate with various managers on regular basis to understand and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. As a key contributor to our global talent strategy, this key member will have the opportunity to partner with hiring managers to design, refine and implement effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate understands and practices industry standards, is passionate and is well versed with using various job boards, social networks and platforms to attract quality candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline.
