Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a High-Volume Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team.

This is a hybrid or remote position; applicants located in the greater NYC area will be expected to commute into our Lake Success, NY office one (1) day per week. 

Department & Position Overview:

As FreedomCare continues to grow significantly and expand our team, our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic Recruiter. We’re looking for someone who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. 

As a FreedomCare Recruiter, you will have a pivotal role in our expansion by leveraging your networking skills and proactive approach to talent acquisition. 

Every Day You Will:

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer processing, and closing, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers 
  • Proactively source and attract passive candidates; build a robust pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill and high priority positions, while also driving employee referrals 
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning on role requirements to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, while staying abreast of current and future hiring needs 
  • Keep your finger on the pulse by maintaining an understanding of the market data and creatively identifying top talent 
  • Support talent acquisition process improvement by identifying system and workflow areas of opportunity 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment 
  • 3 + years of proven experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client services and clear communication 
  • Solution-centric, with an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving. 
  • Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform recruitment strategies 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our collective success 
  • Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic work environment 
  • Experience using an ATS 
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience recruiting within a healthcare, startup or high growth environment  
  • Previous agency recruiting experience 
  • Experience using Greenhouse

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
