Recruiter (6 Month Contract)
United States - Remote
This position will focus on full-cycle recruitment, including providing necessary administrative support, assisting with recruitment processes, and managing communication between various departments. This role will manage predominantly entry level positions, by supporting our college hiring and internship program recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for uncovering hidden talent, developing relationships and ensuring a great candidate experience. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Full-cycle recruitment for entry level roles across different locations, mainly in North America.
- Take the lead role to work closely with hiring teams and candidates to handle pre-screening of resumes, phone screens and scheduling interviews across all assigned roles.
- Leverage tools from our applicant tracking system, to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, maintaining organized and accurate records.
- Build and manage your pipeline actively including active sourcing. Conduct background checks on potential candidates to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Provide excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
- Develop relationships with the recruiting team to communicate important updates and proactively address issues that may arise in scheduling.
- Work on recruitment-related projects, gather metrics and help prepare reporting to keep hiring teams in the loop and the recruiting team on track
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in recruitment.
- Work experience in Architecture, Interior and Engineering (AEI) Industry is a plus.
- Experience working on high volume jobs and using the Handshake Premium platform, preferred
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, prior knowledge of Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
- Ability to organize fluctuating workload by systematically balancing numerous priorities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-accountability with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful approach and willingness to find the answers to questions yet ask for help when needed.
