Real Estate Finance (Junior to Mid-Level)

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a junior to mid-level Real Finance Associate (2 - 4 years of experience) in the Westchester County office. The candidate should have commercial lending experience, with 2 – 4 years of experience in real estate lending and asset based lending (hedge funds and PE fund lending would be a plus). Training will be required but a core level of experience is a must (i.e., experience with reviewing and organizing organizational documents and due diligence, reviewing title and survey matters, coordinating closing sets). The candidate MUST be willing to work out of WCO office, on a regular “in office” routine. If we are training someone, working remotely is not an option.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $225,000. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
