Bits of your job:

• Manage Research and Development projects, maintaining accurate information, formulations, specifications, and negotiate shared objectives with cross-functional team members
• Identify and manage risks, resolve issues in existing products
• Manage and carry out print-related tasks for primary and secondary packaging items for all product lines (multiple brands).
• Evaluate adequate and suitable materials to improve performance, quality, cost, environment, and savings.
• Continuously communicate with suppliers from all over the world.
• Research packaging innovations, work on the new packaging options, creation process, and control check prints (compliance, size, technical specs.).
• Cooperate with creative, purchasing, marketing teams, brand managers, and other related departments.

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Higher Education
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Orientation to details and great time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills

Bonus:

• Experience working in the natural supplements or skincare industry
• Strong ownership of projects and experience working with different PM tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
• Experience working with packaging projects (primary and secondary)

Salary:

1 200 – 1 700 €/mon. NET
