R&D Drafter/ Designer (HVAC) - WFH - Mid-shift - UK Company

Work Conditions

• Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
• You’ll be required to use your own laptop. 
• PHP 60.000 to PHP 95,000 per month.
• 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
• Required to work during Philippines Holidays.

About the Role

As an R&D Designer, you will be pivotal in delivering company projects from concept to completion, supporting the R&D Manager in the UK and other engineering team members. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong design, and technical problem-solving background.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the R&D Manager in delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with Design and Project Engineers, serving as a secondary client contact and ensuring contract fulfillment.
• Create detailed 3D product designs, including manufacturing-level drawings, using CAD software.
• Conduct testing programs, analyze data, and prepare reports for installation, quality, and weekly updates.
• Research and apply relevant UK standards for product design, contributing to compliance and innovation.

Experience & Software

• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in a research and development role.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage tasks proactively to meet deadlines.
• Experience in technical roles involving project planning, cost control, and supplier coordination.
• Proficient in CAD modeling and design, preferably using SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, testing, and reporting.
