Location: Remote,  30% travel


The RCM Training and Workflow Manager is responsible for workflow assessment of new care centers, mapping our future state workflows under Privia, curriculum development and maintenance, including in-person, eLearning, and webinar training pre and post live. They receive and triage issues and requests from stakeholders and ensure athenaNet collector training adheres to best practices, which shift over time. The RCM Training and Workflow Manager stays abreast of new features in athena’s Collector, clinicals and Communicator products and their applications for Privia Medical Group care centers to optimize workflow. This person thinks equally towards future and retrospective or “catch up” training curricula and processes. The RCM Training and Workflow Manager is an innovator who constantly listens to feedback and seeks to position Privia’s RCM and training program as best in class. 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain overall athena collector curriculum for Care Centers.
  • Develop content for Privia University (LMS).
  • Lead prelive and post training for new Care Centers in all markets
  • Lead training for high-profile implementations, as assigned.
  • Provide at-the-elbow support for high-profile Care Centers, as assigned.
  • Support New Market and/or high-profile Go-Lives
  • Offer supplemental training opportunities applicable to all markets.
  • Partner with market trainers to execute curriculum and processes.
  • Share and effectively communicate new athenaNet features regularly.
  • Innovate and create new learning experiences for Care Centers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience with client facing training preferred
  • 2+ years experience with practice management systems, one or multiple areas of expertise preferred
  • Previous experience with Athena’s Clinicals and Collector software preferred
  • Previous experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Physician Office Billing preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in development and editing instructional material
  • Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology 
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel within teams and across organizational lines
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
