Position Description & RequirementsPOSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners seeks a Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to oversee Accounts Receivable teams, manage workflow, and enhance operational efficiency to support the company's growth and sustainability.

- Supervise revenue cycle processes, including AR, denials management, insurance follow-up, and reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimize claim submissions and payments.
- Resolve complex billing issues, payer disputes, and escalated patient complaints.
- Implement process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance.
- Identify payer policy changes and communicate updates to the team.
- Provide leadership, team development, and performance coaching to ensure a high-functioning, service-oriented department.
- Establish team goals, manage staffing needs, and oversee training, onboarding, and workload distribution.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, HIPAA, and coding requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle management within a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and financial reporting.
- Radiology revenue cycle and billing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
