RCM Quality Auditor at Labcorp
RCM Quality Department is seeking a detail-oriented RCM Quality Auditor to join our team. This unique role involves producing and maintaining employee quality audits for various RCM functions, including but not limited to OPEM, 3rd Party, AR Apps, and Client Billing, to support and improve quality across these areas.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain employee quality audits
- Listen to employee/client calls for quality assurance.
- Use macros to generate and format reports for enhanced processing.
- Understand various ascension function areas.
- Perform audit work at productivity and quality standards defined by RCM Quality Management.
- Contribute to the development or enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review rebutted errors and suggest process improvements.
- Complete audits within specified systems like Auditmation, Verint, or Access Database.
- Lead team building sessions
- Maintain quality and production
- Additional various tasks related to position such as but not limited to training, presentations, and meetings
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 2+ years previous work required
- Previous Quality-oriented work experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in auditing and review of SOP's strongly preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills strongly preferred.

- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Solid interpersonal relationship and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay Range: $15.00-$19.50/hr (State minimum wages apply if higher)
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8-5pm EST
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
