Overview

The Qvidian Content Manager is crucial in managing and maintaining the Q&A database and repository of responses in support of the Customer Information Request and RFP teams. This position will write, develop, maintain, and manage high-quality, compelling, accurate, and insightful content for Cotiviti’s products and services. The Qvidian Content Manager must have a strong background in CIR/RFP database content management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The Qvidian Content Manager is responsible for the loading and upkeep of the Qvidian Q&A database. This position reviews completed RFP and CIR submissions to curate new content for the database that are reasonable, complete, and professionally written, ensuring all responses protect and promote the Cotiviti brand. S/He works with enterprise subject matter experts on a regular cadence to create and improve boilerplate responses, resolve response gaps, and identify supplemental documentation that can be reused in future responses.

The Qvidian Content Manager maintains an extensive library of content across key market segments. S/He develops and manages an ongoing review process of content and supporting documentation, maintaining document templates that are in line with company branding. This position must be an expert with Qvidian and uses the advanced software capabilities within the tool to realize efficiencies in content management process.

The Qvidian Content Manager maintains a SME-level understanding of products and services within Cotiviti. S/He also provides ongoing reporting and analysis and audits the efficiency of effort and compliance with identified bestpractices.

The Qvidian Content Manager is responsible for developing the strategy, processes, and recommendations for the continuous improvement of our CIR/RFP response library. This role ensures that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to support the business needs.

The Qvidian Content Manager maintains the CIR/RFP database content to ensure it is comprehensive, correct, compliant, compelling, and up to date. To achieve this, the Qvidian Content Manager will interface with Subject Matter Experts and various members of the sales teams to gather, revise, and upload the most up-to-date and compelling information from across the organization. Excellent communication, coordination and editing skills are required to be successful.

This position works closely with the Director of CIR Operations to include recommending improvements to and updating CIR standard operating procedures and database workflows. This person helps to identify new opportunities to ingest or improve content, or to implement new functionality or efficiencies in support of the process.

The Qvidian Content Manager is responsible for status reporting, developing, and maintaining performance metrics. Additional duties may also include supporting CIR responses or other projects that may improve CIR departmental operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Maintain RFP Database: Oversee the organization and updating of the CIR/RFP response library, ensuring all content is current and relevant. Create a content management calendar to ensure content is always accurate and up to date.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine responses in support of CIRs/RFPs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all responses are accurate, consistent, and align with Cotiviti’s messaging and branding. Continuously source new responses from CIRs/RFPs and ensure that any new content provided by SMEs is in the database.
  • Database Optimization: Implement best practices for database management to improve efficiency and accessibility of information. Partner with the Qvidian database vendor to ensure effective use of the tool. Implement new functionality, as needed.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively use thedatabase tool. Mentor team members on content sourcing and overall response knowledge.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on database usage and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, including expired, stale, or unused content. Archive content as needed.
  • Project Work: Assist with database upgrades, new features, and beta testing, as needed. Assist withadditional projects, including support in responding to CIRs, as needed or assigned. This role may evolve over time to include other responsibilities and related activities.
  • Manages the end-to-end workflow of content management.
    • Builds, creates and/or uploads content in the database.
    • Creates reports on database statistics for review.
    • Reviews submissions from completed proposals to approve pieces that can be uploaded to thedatabase.
    • Reviews content available in the database to ensure everything is updated.
    • Establish relationships with SMEs and agree on timelines for updating the pieces in the database.(assign specific SMEs).
    • Applies effective tagging of database entries.
    • Facilitates meetings with CIR/RFP team members to review status and gather updates to andfeedback on content.
    • Rewrites ad hoc content as necessary.
  • Manages all the administrative tasks related to the database.
    • Manage accounts for existing Qvidian users.
    • Be the primary resource for training CIR/RFP members, SMEs, CEL/Account Managers and other members on how to take full advantage of the capabilities of Qvidian including but not limited to using Basic, Browse and Advanced Search, assigning, viewing and answering questions, and proposal project entry and management.
    • Do basic troubleshooting for Qvidian end user issues and escalate the user’s technical issues to the Qvidian Tech Support team for timely resolution, if necessary.
    • Provide timely notification to the users of Qvidian system updates and upgrades, planned maintenance and downtime.
    • Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
    • Works with CIR/RFP managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives that will address concerns on improving productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Manages all content for all CIR/RFP-related training materials.
  • Manages the CIR/RFP response template.
  • Performs and manages all Securedocs (virtual data room) administrative activities. Required
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in creative writing, communications, journalism, English, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in advanced database management and/or CIR/RFP writing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Expert understanding of proposal management software, specifically Qvidian, Loopio, RFPIO, Proposify, etc., is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including CIR/RFP teams, sales, security, compliance, legal, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in technical writing, editing, and content development required.
  • Develop, review, and edit proposal content considering input from key stakeholders, typically involving Go To Market sales, product teams, security, compliance, legal, etc.
  • Desired 5 years of health care industry experience with a health plan, TPA, or vendors of data analytics or claims processing technologies
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading efforts to produce client deliverables such as sales requests for proposals, proposals, business reviews, questionnaires, or audits.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously that require the coordination of cross-functional expertise.
  • Experience with vendor assessments and/or security and compliance questionnaires strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills. Proven success in preparing written client deliverables that conveyinformation critical to the client.
  • Ability to listen and understand information and ideas whether presented verbally or written.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint a must

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Willingness/availability to travel up to 15% is required.

Base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per yr. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
