Job Description
The Quotit Sales Technology Consultant I is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our Enterprise customers. Manages small system enhancement requests for clients, acting as liaison to all internal departments as well as client contacts. Works collaboratively with all internal resources to address the needs of the portfolio's key contacts, and works well together with both internal and external resources.Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates communications between clients and internal stakeholders
- Serves as first point of contact for service disruption, and works with IT to provide root cause analysis
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory branches (HIPAA, WBE CMS, state and local)
- Ensures that all Performance Standards and Guarantees are achieved as documented
- Conducts quarterly meetings with clients to understand their business model and product roadmap
- Conveys client requirements for small enhancement projects to internal resources
- Analyzes performance measurement reports, identifies and resolves issues
- Provides performance reports and customer satisfaction surveys
- Tracks client interactions and incidents
- Advises clients of any service disruptions; sharing information related to root cause and recovery time

Compensation offered for this role is $52,260.00 - 92,790.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
