YOUR ROLE

As a Quote Coordinator, you'll assist with the initial coordinating of new quotes and the completion of sold groups. This is a remote opportunity in Canada. 

YOUR IMPACT 

• You will track quotes in the appropriate workbooks and websites
• You will analyze data received  from Partner to ensure all information required has been included
• You will prepare employee data for underwriter to use
• You will create weekly/monthly reports for quoting analysis
• You will coordinate sold groups with New Business Services department
• You will ensure ClaimSecure will be properly notified of the correct plan design
• You will ensure proper rates will be billed
• you will help insurance provider in transferring cases 
• you will download reports and exchanging data with our Insurers
• You will analyze claims experience and preparing renewal documents
• You will send renewal documents to our Partners and assisting them with the renewal
• You will Provide renewal data internally and externally

WHAT TO EXPECT 

Within 6 months of hire

• Take over the initial quoting steps
• Simplify the quote tracking system
• Decrease the turnaround time for producing quotes
• Increase accuracy with data received by the partner
• Increase accuracy with rates and plan design setup for sold groups
• Increase accuracy with responses to RFAs
• Increase accuracy with renewals
• Complete the first CEBS E-Learning Course (the Group Insurance Landscape) 

THIS IS YOU

• Completion of post secondary degree, with a focus on mathematics
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

YOUR COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $40,000-$44,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
