JOB SUMMARY

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication to manage complex projects, provide reporting and oversight, and support senior leadership as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of program requirements, demonstrate dependability, and contribute to process improvements. Additionally, this role involves mentoring peers, maintaining compliance with legal and company standards, and participating in professional development opportunities.

JOB DUTIES 

  • Functional knowledge of the IT solutions presented above
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services, as needed, based on program requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities
  • Demonstrate dependability
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit computer efficiency
  • Assists coworkers with complex special projects, as needed
  • Handle complex special projects
  • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Participate in professional development and training activities
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • Knowledgeable about specific program requirements
  • Provide peer mentoring, training, and oversight to coworkers
  • Provide direct support to senior leadership on projects as needed
  • Review and improve business processes for our operating companies
  • Other duties as assigned
 QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Be able to successfully pass a background screening
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements
  • If working remote, employee must provide their own reliable internet service 
 The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
