Job Description 

To support our growth, ICF is adding staff to its energy efficiency team to support a wide range of energy efficiency programs. Our clients include utilities, recognizable Fortune 500 global corporations, as well as a variety of industries, and Government organizations. We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator to take a significant role in the implementation of programs that will deliver and expand our offerings. You should have the unique combination of interpersonal and analytical skill that will make you a critical member of our team from the day you arrive. Key Responsibilities 

  • Work as part of an energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.  

  • Review projects for accuracy and ensure program requirements have been met  

  • Coach and increase overall quality with a focus on error trends. 

  • Work with quality supervisor and senior management to propose and implement quality assurance techniques. 

  • Work with invoicing department to ensure the quality of outgoing invoices. 

  • If errors are identified with training documents work with the training department to correct them. 

Basic Qualifications   

High school diploma and 

2+ Years of professional work experience  

2+ years of experience with MS Word and Excel

Must be able to pass background check.  

 

Professional Skills 

What we would like you to have:  

  • Previous business processing or back-office experience strongly preferred.  
  • Ability to accurately process applications within a highly repetitive processing environment.  
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.  
  • Computer skills to include data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed, and database navigation preferred.
