As an Associate Quality Analyst within the Quality Assurance team, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to ensure quality service delivery to the clients that we serve. Your role in our mission

Monitor and measure the quality and accuracy of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) results for Eligibility Verification Clients and Products.

Create Service Dashboards and trend reports.

Conduct audits of internal business operation personnel functions and identify the accuracy of following operational policies and procedures.

Prepare audit reports of findings to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Works with Supervisors and Managers to develop strategies for quality improvement.

Assist in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities for assigned projects or tasks to include documentation of progress.

Participates in special projects, internal audits, and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.

  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with project and task team members
  • Good decision-making skills to meet deadlines and bring forward concerns as appropriate
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to handle multiple project and task responsibilities simultaneously and switch among them quickly to meet prioritized business needs

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a remote position for candidates living in the United States.
  • Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, during the initial week of orientation and will be utilized throughout employment.
  • To effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
