Join our team as a Quality Assurance Professional, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global management systems. Reporting to the Global Director of Compliance, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our existing systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and Responsible Recycling (R2), while also driving the implementation of new management systems related to environmental sustainability, safety, occupational health, security, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Document, organize, and maintain each management system leveraging QMS and EHS systems.
Perform periodic audits on all relative departmental operations and recommend corrective or preventive actions as necessary.
Ability to manage internal and external audits to include certifications and customer audits.
Stay current with all applicable regulatory requirements and adjust policies and procedures as necessary to remain in compliance.
Interface with internal and external interested parties, third party auditing bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Collect and analyze data to diagnose challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
