We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant for our Customer Care Center (CCC). The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering consistent quality assurance analysis, data entry, and system audits.
Responsibilities:
Ensure quality maintenance and accountability of customer support processes through procedural documentation, process, and procedure verification
Catalogue data with appropriate PestRoutes flags and note categories per the directive of department management for ease of reference and cross-functional analysis
Data entry of audits conducted through telephony, CRM, and other operations systems utilized by the operations team
Audit data entered by other Customer Support roles to monitor adherence to established procedures, evaluate overall quality of work and customer service, and provide suggestions for systematic and procedural improvements
Report errors encountered by support staff team members to relevant supervisors for coaching and correction
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required; Associate degree is preferred
Proficient with MS Office applications, including Access and Outlook
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Sincere passion for creating systems that make the delivery of uplifting, professional and consistently positive customer experiences sustainable and scalable

Compensation range depending on experience: $15-17/hour, with additional compensation opportunities.
